About

I'm Aubrey – I am a wife to my incredible husband of 13 years and mom to my sweet daughter and baby on the way. I am also an OCB Women's Physique Pro, Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach (NC) with 13+ years of experience in the fitness industry with a focus in healthy living and weight management, sports performance, fat loss and body composition. My passion for fitness began in 2010 when I lost over 100 pounds through diet and exercise, which inspired me to become a fitness professional in 2011. Since then, I have trained people from ages 11-83 with various physical abilities, health challenges, and goals.

From my personal experience with weight management, sports performance, and experience in training clients- I know that good nutrition habits are the missing link for most people in achieving their goals. I am very passionate about nutrition education, helping clients recognize and understand misinformation in the nutrition and wellness space, and believe in an evidence-based approach to weight management and sports performance. My enthusiasm has helped clients build a nutritional foundation that they can use for the rest of their lives, not just another quick fix, crash diet, or unsustainable meal plan. As your coach, I understand that you are a whole person- with unique abilities, skills, and challenges- and it is my goal to help you recognize your strengths and overcome obstacles to help you reach your fitness and health goals. Services

Personal Training-
$60 Per Hour/$40 Per half hour

Learn proper technique with hands-on guidance, progression, and demonstration of the core movement patterns - Squat, Deadlift, Press and Pull; how to use equipment safely and effectively; and be supported with accountability to stay consistent with your training goals.

nutrition coaching-
$125 per month or $60 per Consult

We will collaborate together on a customized nutrition plan to achieve your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or develop better eating habits and ditch dieting- we can create a path for your success. Monthly coaching with consistent check-ins will allow you the have the support, guidance, and accountability you need to stay on track. Consults are a great option for clients who need guidance to get started, but need less accountability to stay on track.

Contest Prep & Programming- $150-$300 per month

I provide a range of exercise programming and nutritional support services for competitive athletes and non-competitive athletes alike- Including monthly programming, specialization programs, sports nutrition, and posing for select divisions.

My home gym, Flex Gym, has always been supportive of my goals. The community built on Flex Gym has given me the capability of training clients while taking care of my baby Cora. Mercedes Bazemore, IFBB Pro Coach at Flex Gym, has been an integral part of my journey as an athlete.

My nutrition coaching clients and programming clients can work with me from....anywhere! I currently serve clients from all over the country. Clients near and far will have access to a coaching app that allows us to communicate effectively, monitor progress, and keep your goals in the front of your mind and at the palm of your hand.

shamrock Marathon

My first and only full marathon- 26.2 miles in 6 hours & 7 minutes. I never felt I was 'meant to be' a runner, and this race was accomplished two years after losing over 100 pounds. Training for this race was the hardest thing I've ever done, and revealed to me an athlete I did not know I could be!

2012

powerliftiNG

I have spent almost a decade competing in powerlifting, achieving an elite total in two separate weight classes- 148 and 165 pounds.
My best total is 970.2 lbs at 145 lbs body weight. This total did not include a record squat of 370.2 lbs. (4th attempt)

My bodybuilding journey began in 2018. I became an OCB Women's Physique Pro in 2021 and have competed as a Pro in 2021 & 2023

My most recent and proudest competitive moment has been stepping on stage 8 months postpartum in 2023, with my daughter in the audience.
